Chair and secretariat

A Chair for the Partnership is elected at the General Meetings of the Partnership.

Any changes to the arrangements for the Partnership will be agreed by the Partners and adopted at its General Meetings. A Secretariat for the Partnership shall be selected or designated also at General Meetings. The term of office of the Chair and any other officers chosen will be from one General Meeting to the next.
